RETURNS
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you have changed your mind and you wish to return your items; you may within 14 working days from delivery.
Goods must be returned to us in their original condition, unused and unopened. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.
If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods within 10 days of receiving your returned parcel; less the cost of delivery fees.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Any risk of loss, theft, or damage during transit back to us are also your responsibility.
Please send us an email at info@1611labs.com with your order number to help process your refund.
Please note that we will not accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available, and you will be responsible for arranging for the items to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If your items were damaged during delivery, please contact us for a refund or exchange at info@1611labs.com. You will need to inform us of any damages within 5 working days of receipt.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 days of receipt. Exchanges/Replacements will be sent via standard shipping.
If you choose to order a replacement item which is the same price as the item you originally ordered, then we will send you your replacement item without any additional cost. If you choose to order a replacement item which is a different price to the item you originally ordered, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been refunded and to arrange payment for the replacement product.
Please note that we only refund return delivery charge if the item we sent you was faulty, or we sent the wrong item. (Please include a return delivery receipt)
