Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Please note that we only accept returns on wrong orders only.
Goods must be returned to us in their original condition, unused and unopened. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.
If you require a refund, we will process the refund within 10 days of receiving your returned parcel.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number to help process your refund.
Please note that we will not accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available, and you will be responsible for arranging for the items to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.
If your items were damaged during delivery, please contact us for a exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to inform us of any damages within 2 working days of receipt.
Exchanges will be processed within 10 days of receipt.
Replacements will be sent via standard shipping.
